Cuba 2014 – Part 4 – Animals Too!

This year, animals seemed to be a bigger part of our lives there.  Everywhere we went, there too were animals. Maybe part of that was because more of our families out in the village are raising more animals (a good sign of increasing prosperity?) Maybe because we had more time and so we took more time to notice? Whatever the reason, I found myself collecting pictures of the animals we met during our time there. I suppose that in the back of my mind I was thinking ahead to this blog, suspecting that some of my readers would enjoy a peek at the animal life we encountered while there. You’ve met some of our friends…now meet some of the animals too. (Just click on the first picture and it will take you to the gallery where you can click through all of the pictures)

About Sharon

I love to write. I love to write myself into being right here right now. Writing releases something in me that needs wings, writing opens doors and windows that I often don't even realize are possible, writing helps me breathe out the dusty old, and to breathe in the new and possible. My hope is that maybe writing here in this blog will bring new light into these dusty old hallways and help me to clear out the thinking processes and mindsets that just don't work for me anymore. I seek to breathe new light and life into the nooks and crannies of a soul that has been feeling somewhat lost and frayed because of the last few patches of road I've had to travel.
